Does anyone know if the U.S 10 Round .45 acp XD mags will fit the XDM with the 4.5 inch barrel ?

The XDM9 and XDM40 both have larger frames than the XD9 and XD-40 to accommodate the larger capacity XDM magazines, so you can't use XD9 and XD40 mags in XDM guns.
The XD 45 and XDM 45, however, frames are the same size so they can use the same mags.

If you're looking for 10 round XDm 9mm or .40, I'd recommend you speak to Paul at Arms n' Ammo in New Jersey (http://www.colddeadhands.com/). NJ has mag capacity laws as well and they are capable of modding the std 19rd mags to 10. I know this as I've already ordered & received 4 mags from them. I think it cost me $38us per mag + $7 for shipping.

I ordered mine straight from Springfield. Maximum of $100 order but just seperated the order into 2. Tey just got a bunch in stock.
