I got 1000 rounds of this to check it out.
The bullet is conical in shape with a flat meplat and is cast lead with a burgandy coloured coating. It looks pretty cool, but initially I wondered if the flat point would result in feeding issues, even though the rest of the bullet is very tapered.
I've only run about 400 rounds through both Beretta 92 and Beretta Cx4 Storm carbine. All rounds fed and fired without issue. Recoil is mild and the smell from the fired rounds is a bit funny. Can't place it just yet but maybe shotgun powder or fireworks smell. It kinda smells like coconut
At 100m with the carbine the accuracy isn't great, I suspect since it's a bit milder than many factory loads. However, it's bang on for handgun shooting at 0-25 m,. which is what most of this ammo will be used for. When I say not great, it's that I couldn't consistently hit a 6' gong at 100m with a carbine with a red dot;.
