Hey there I was recently looking at the Burris xtr ll 5x25 50mm riflescope,
Do any of you have any issues with them? I Peered at the sightron which a lot of you seem to steer me towards but what can I say I'm a ffp guy and with a 34 mm tube this caught my eye.
Looking to just target shoot to around 800 with it for now. Worth the buy or no? About $1500.

On their website doesn't specify if it comes with a sunshade or lens caps. Let me know if yours did ! ( I haven't purchased yet )

As always input greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have one. I like it over my vortex 6-24 pst ffp. Great clarity, clicks etc. The only annoying thing is the rings cost a decent penny. Came with caps for sure, cannot recall about the sunshade at the moment. I have had no issues with approx 1000 rounds of 308 through it. Cannot compare to sightron though.

I've got the 4-20 XTR II.

Glass is pretty good, slightly below NXS/Sightron S3 I would say.

Tracking is accurate, Zero stop works as advertised.

Mine came with sun shade and flip-up caps.

The only knock against it is the eyebox can be a bit tight at max power.

Overall I recommend. Sightron also makes a FFP S3 scope.

I'm sorry. That price was American -.- whoops. Your right. More like $1900 Everyone is recommending sightron. Maybe I'll take a look at theirs aswell.

+2 on Omer and Plainsight Solutions.
I've now bought 3 scopes now from Omer over the last couple years, plus a couple of high end bolt guns, and all have been good deals and fantastic service and follow up. Would have a a tough time buying a scope from anyone else now. Highly recommended!
