hey guys just a bit of an update , I got home about 25 mins ago my wife had the ONLY key to our Mail Box and I was peeking into our mail box and I saw this Letter that had the Government label Canada on it lol ohhhh I knew what that was lol so my wife gets home I tell her to give me her Keys and she did so nicely and she came with me to the mail box and I opened it up and Bam Royal Canadian Mounted Police Envelope DAM and my wife says Congrats 4 Months from May 20 None restricted course to June 15th Restricted Course till now My PAL in my hand it was so worth the wait about 65 days since NB got my applications on June 20th I think 65 days I will have to count but what ever it is I got it now time to get to a Club and get my GSG 1911 :rolleyes:

Getting the LTATT is quite painless here in Winnipeg. When I purchased my first pistol this last winter it was mailed to me within a couple of days from the CFO (they also emailed it to me when I had to get the STATT to pick up the firearm). I already had a membership at a local range and there was no issue. The staff at the CFO's office here in Winnipeg are easy to deal with and no problems at all.

They just approved a STATT for me to go to Saskatchewan for a week and it took no time processing it. Had the STATT emailed within the hour and I'm good to go.
 
Congrats! Just got my RPAL yesterday, and I'm probably just as excited as you are! lol They received my app on June 10th, so it took 80 days for me, even though I called to "harass" them a couple of weeks ago.
