YAAaaaY SKS ..LOVe IT

I am surprised with how good they are. No recoil at all. 100 Meters 6" groups with iron sights, probably my error.

I do not think i will add anything on to it ( scope...etc) Just as is!

Amen. Say no to expensive, under-performing mall-ninja crap. Just shoot the p!ss outta it.

Half a dozen. All 1950 vintage. That's my shtick.
Last one I got was a BBQ beater from CTC, but I grabbed it because the barrel was virgin.
New linseed oil finish on the stock, and all metalwork cleaned and reblued.
Looks real beauty now.

Four..... oh how hard it was to not buy more when Cabela's had their sale at $189.99 last year.

I've bought Chinese stuff and well I have yet to crack out the file to attempt a scope mounting with that replacement cover. They are a very fun rifle, get one for the whole family.

I bought mine for 240$ from Cabela's

Worth every dollar. Looking forward to reshoot with it this weekend.

Got mine for 185 at their last black Friday sale (free shipping too); while I have not shot it, I am looking forward to having our club's outdoor range up and running soon! I just picked up a 2" thick recoil pad and stock extension and a sight adjustment tool from Amazon; the pad is exclusively built to fit the SKS, and it fit like a glove; and now the rifle fits me. Length of pull is too short to be comfortable for me. The sight adjustment tool is very well made and finished. It is likely I will buy a second one.

Do they normally shoot like this?
