year of manufacture

Hi Big Guy


The number stamped on the left side of the receiver contains the year of manufacture, the first four digits...ie, 20091234 or 2011 1234 etc.
Now Im not gonna swear on a stack of bibles that its the year of make, it might be year of import.
Its so easy to get flamed on this site now adays a mans gotta be careful

thanks , now to my gun room to take a look. LOL
2012 I wasn't sure as I bought it used. I think it was one of those that came with a case of ammo and was sold off.
