Got my answer this morning for the doe tag draw in zone10 Qc.

Finally, I got one...after 15yrs applying...

Won't be as much pressure this year to bring meat on the table. :D

It seems strange that it takes 15 years to get drawn there and out west you can get a General tag, and shoot either ### and then go get a supplemental tag and shoot a doe in alot of zones, every year.
Are the populations hurting out there?
We don't get to find out our draw results until mid July, so anxious.......

True, a buddy of mine lives in Orleans Ont (Ottawa region) and he can have 2-3 tags for bucks and does.. go figure. Here in Qc, after one your done. :mad: not because there are less deer, just because the "bureaucrate" don't seem to realize that many problems occure because iof increasing deer population in the Outaouais.

I would be for you buy the first buck tag, and if you fill it, then you can go and but another one either doe or buck. Just crazy the amount of does you see in the fall, wayyy to many of them.
 
I was chatting with our member "Rob" at the gun show on the weekend and he said in New Brunswick, you have to put into a lottery system for the moose season out there, you never build priority, and may never get drawn.
Even if you do get drawn you get to go out with all the other guy's that get drawn and enjoy the TWO DAY hunt! Aye Karumba, now that is bull crap!
If you are drawn, you can shoot either ### moose, or even a calf. It's no wonder some places are out of control with that kind of "conservation".

We take for granted what we have, or complain, if we look around alot of times it seems we are the lucky ones in the west.
