Very nice.... But personally I wouldn't have sold the vintage Colt 1903 pocket to get it... ;)

BTW, I had a NIB Colt Series 80 Govt 9mm circa 1997-98.... shot okay but a Star Model B 9mm that I got for $125 with 3 mags shot circles around it.

Yes, Colt's are addictive, though.... :p

I still have the Fusion barrel/bushing that is quite accurate and should fix any accuracy issues.:D
Are the Star mags the same? I have often thought of picking one up but I'm tired of guns I can't get mags for.

Naw, the Star Model B mags are unique to that pistol. I no longer have that one but I do have the compact verson... a Star Model BM. It has it's own mags, too. But for a slightly smaller than commander sized compact auto she's also very accurate.... unfortunately, also a 12(6).......

Zefarm has one for sale I was looking at. Is Star still in business?

Tactical tupperware should only used by children under the age of 10 years of age.

I disagree, while I've probably had/owned more Colts & more 1911's than 95% + people on this board, there's nothing wrong with a Glock or other functional polymer frame pistol.

Yeah don't be knockin' the Tupperware. While I love 1911's just as much as the next guy and maybe more so, I would choose a Glock or Sig to bet my life on before a 1911. That hurts to say but the fact is that they are not as reliable in my opinion and quality varies from one to the next. Sigs and Glocks and probably a few others just won't quit. That being said, I'm in the same boat as prproulx, naa and paulinski with a serious Colt addiction. I can't help myself, I see a nice Colt and I.....well I buy it! :onCrack:
