Yep you guessed it, Its a patrol sling. :dancingbanana: :dancingbanana: :dancingbanana: :dancingbanana:

I'm a southpaw so I had to add 2 sling swivels to the stock for it to work right but it aint no thing. It seems to work really well so I'm exited to get out and shoot with it.

The best thing you can put on most SKS rifles is a garbage can.

Troll. :p

The best you can do to an SKS is smooth out the trigger and maybe get a set of those rear mounting aperature sights.

Maybe bed the stock it came with and if it's Chinese get one of those red fiberglass ones.

What always gets me is when people buy all kinds of crap for their SKS in a vague attempt of making it some sort of short-range sniper/designated marksman/bubba tactical rifle

The SKS is a decent shooter as a brush gun, plinker and SHTF rifle for semi-built up areas at a very good price. A gee-wiz gismo tactical thingamabobber it is not.

Mind you I'd rather take one over a Mini-14/Mini-30

Its all for fun dude, the more you can butcher something and make it your own the better. I think everything I've done to this rifle cost me under $30. Up next is the Williams firesights or a scope and maybe some trigger work.

I know it's all for fun. I'm just saying that you're pissing your money into the wind is all.

Go with a trigger job and the Williams firesights.
