Yesss, found my .45ACP wheelgun.

The moon clips make for very fast reloads.

Sweet eye candy. Love to get my hands on a stainless 5". pjnorth that is one sweet pistol.

Dont you find the moon clips a pain in the a*s ?

Not really. The full moons hold 6 rounds, cost only $1.50 each, and are easier to load than a pistol mag. I load up ten of them, and I've got sixty rounds to play with. True, you need to strip the empties off, but the new polymer clips don't require a de-mooning tool.

Not a PITA at all, you get to pickup your moonclips AND brass at a lost brass match.

The polymer clips aren't any good in competition (IDPA or IPSC) because when you dump the clip and brass, the brass flies and then no picking up of the brass.

I'm paying $12.50 for 25 moonclips from Cactus Tactical, that equates to 50 cents each.
