Yet another post praising CA's customer service

I had placed an order recently and when the package was dropped off by CanPar it to my surprise contained 1,000 small rifle primers. The problem? I don't reload anything with small rifle primers and I didn't order them to begin with (Sorry guy in Quebec, I got your order by accident!).

After contacting CanadaAmmo they arranged for pickup and immediately sent via FedEx the items that I had ordered and threw in some hats and pens (your generosity was too much CA!), which I received today.

Just wanted to thank CA for their prompt customer service and immediate action. There are a lot of good sponsors on CGN that I enjoy dealing with but I honestly believe that CanadaAmmo may be the best at what they do.
 
Ryan, you guys might want to consider having a bunch of Can-Am stickers made up, I'd be willing to adorn the truck with such a thing.
 
Tried calling about 10 times during their apparent 3hr call taking window. Nothing. Left a voice mail and no call back. Sent them an email about a mistake on the order I ended up doing anyways and I got no reply to that either. Not a good experience for me today unfortunately. I don't know how you ever got ahold of them.
 
not a problem. I placed another order with you cats a few days ago before you even fixed the last one. I do business with people who take care of their business.

my order was placed on november 27 and people who ordered after me are receiving their orders while mine is sitting in canadaammo hq. That's my issue. I'm not hating on ca, just do the shipping right. This is the second straight order i've had where the shipping is questionable.
