Hi all ... quick question.

Does anyone know what the outer diameter of this flash suppressor is?

I think it's about the same as an A2. Can't say for sure as I sold the upper that had one one it. Why do you ask?

Just need to know if its greater than .920. I want to put it on a threaded bull barrel and don't want to buy it if its going to be noticeably smaller than the barrel. I'm trying to find a FS that is the same size or slightly larger. And YHM make these and I like them.

If it is to the same spec as an A2 flash hider the outer diameter is 22mm. Believe that the C7CT uses a .920 diameter barrel at the muzzle and they are close but I do believe that the flash hider is slightly smaller. Doesn't look too bad to me though.

I found a picture of the C7CT on coltcanada.com with a bull barrel and A2 installed. The difference is noticeable but doesn't look terrible like I pictured in my head. I'm just going to go ahead and order the brake that I want.

I believe all mil-spec NATO flash hiders are 22mm to fit NATO standard rifle grenades.

OD is 0.866 inches or 22.01 mm.
