I have recently purchased a used Yildiz SPZSM O/U 12g.
It came with 3 chokes with the following identification notches:
2 , 4 , and 5
Can anyone tell me what the corresponding chokes would be - in North American terms.( ie. cyl, mod, full etc.)
I intend to shoot steel
Thanks

Your missing two chokes .the chokes start with full haveing 1 notch the more notches the more open the choke.you have imp mod 2 notches, IC 4 notches ,and cylinder 5 notches.so your missing mod and full.ps are there chokes already in the barrels.

Thanks Guys,
Looks like I need a mod choke. If I am using steel I guess the mod would equate to Full choke. What would the Imp Mod. equate to - would it be close enough to full with using steel that I would not have to purchase a mod. or would it be too tight for large steel shot. I will be using for Geese
If I need the mod do you know where I can purchase.
I think that they are the same as used in Mossberg utilizing Pro-factor 4 chokes
Thanks

I would shoot cylider and improved cylinder for geese over decoys. You are handicapping yourself by trying to reproduce full type patterns, especially with large goose size shot.
