By the way, the new automated directory is painful. Feels like I’m calling a major corporation.. but they forgot to staff front reception, and have no employees in any departments.

I don't know if this is official or not, but whenever I had gone in to do curb side pickups in the past few months, I always called this number and got someone. It appears to be a cell phone but it was posted on their door at one point (maybe just a curbside pickup number), so worth a shot if you can't reach them any other way - 647-471-1106. Worse thing that can happen is they pick up and say don't use this number...
