Not quite decades, I recall shooting there in 2000. And while many of the members ended up at Toronto International, the club executive tried to reopen with the proceeds of the land sale in another location. They ran into vigourous local opposition and were never approved.
 
That is a long drive if you want to shoot skeet on a regular basis and you live in Toronto. :-(
I am going to keep searching the forums for something closer (unless someone wants to make a suggestion)
