True enough.
I'm thinking we should start a club
. My Schultz & Larsen does well on paper also.

Bit of a side issue but I got an antlered Mule Deer draw for Alberta this year and another Schultz will get the call this time. My model 68DL in 7x61 S&H.

In addition to my preference for Schultz & Larsen, also I have a soft spot for nice Husqvarnas. I've fairly recently acquired a Sako in 270 Win with Mannlicher style stock,which hasn't yet made it into the photo of my Northern European Connection.

And the 'Connection' below, from the top down;
- Husqvarna model 3000 in 270 Win.
- Husqvarna model 4000 LW in 30-06
- Husqvarna model 1651 in 358 NM
- Schultz & Larsen model 68DL in 7x61 S&H
- Schultz & Larsen model 65DL in 308 NM

Nice collection Johnn!! Sure nice to see those S&L rifles kept in fine shape.
I Have a weakness for wood and blue rifles.
The upper rifle in my pic is also a 308 Norma Mag, a PH M81 "Classic"
Both my 308 Normas will shoot sub-moa easily, the Custom Gun will beat ½ moa on a good day.Eagleye.
I am a gunnut. I do not have a single favorite, rather many favorites. I have sold previous favorites in the past and will buy new favorites in the future. I don't even have a single favorite action type as I have bolts, pumps, single shot, levers & semi's in my vaults chambered in rimfire, shotgun, handgun and centerfire. A newbie will latch onto a single gun (of late, some plastic/stainless piece of crap) and it will be their favorite. But as time moves on, and a few grey hairs appear, one's knowledge of firearms grows. Then you begin to realize that ALL guns are equal favorites
