I just received my order from Dec 28, 2019. this week. it seems like a long time but it was right on schedule. I am happy.

The easiest way to get ahold of someone is to call the us store. They have access to both Canadian and US sides and will answer your questions within minutes if there is an answer to be had.
 
Thank-you, when the export is being processed in Canada that is the best way to reach a live body. It's not that we don't want to answer the phone in Canada, but if everyone is on the phone everything gets shipped out at a snail’s pace which makes the wait times longer.

If you are going to email or PM us please include some information about your order. It takes twice as long to get back to everyone, we get 20 of these a day... Sorry, not picking on anyone, just trying to streamline the process.

Yes, we do our best to keep up although lately unless we have a team sit at the computer 24/7 it's impossible given the traffic from both countries.
