You guys see the 308 from kel-tec

If they ever get into Canada as non-restricted's I am buying one. The absolutely perfect backpack rifle in my opinion. And if someone has a .308 pistol out there that had 10 round mags.....................
 
I'd take it simply to add a .308 bullpup to the safe, looks like a solid unit.
Front ejection looks the same as fn2000 , might take a little to get use to.
 
I was pretty uninterested in these at first, but the more I look at it the more I'm interested. I was going to build up my M14, but for the cost of any of the nicer chassis systems and a scope mount I could have one of these ready to go. Switchable barrels is very appealing too.
 
From what I've read I believe that you have to remove the magazine and look down the mag well. This is mostly speculation because very few people have actually held one. This is the consensus though.

I tried before Christmas to contact Walt about some other stuff. I sent a pm on here, an e-mail, and left a phone message.

I never got a reply to any of the messages I left at that time.

I'll try again, because I'm very interested in this as well......

Actually, look at this pic, there seems to be a window above the mag, with the mag removed you might see the chamber area ??? can anybody confirm this??

I tried emailing again about this last week and also did not recieve a reply. Would like to get started on it.

And if you read other posts in this forum (for example in the Marstar and CanadaAmmo dealer sections), you will learn that these bullpups will eventually be imported, then CBSA will halt the shipment... for the RCMP to try whatever means possible to reclassify them as prohibs.

Anyone who sent an email is on the "to contact" list.

We never take deposits on firearms destined for commercial resale.

Price still looks to be under $2K.

Mil/LE individuals, your app kit is available as of today. Shoot me an email from your work email account and it will be sent immediately.

"Commercial" end-users, hang in there! If it makes anyone feel better, there aren't many Americans with one of these yet either. :redface:
