.... a cosmolene rag accidentally gets into the laundry pile, and you spend 30 minutes scrubbing the inside of the washing machine with hot water and soap.

How do you know you're a milsurp collector?

......when you can't see the sense of purchasing any rifle that you don't have to spend the next 3 months to find a matching bayonet for, or any rifle that doesn't take a bayonet period?

When you purposely buy a firearm for which ammo cannot be purchased, but are hoping to hand make bullets and brass for, at a shameless expense of money and time.

but then I found suitable brass, only $3/case :D

but now that I'm set up to reload I need to buy a few more rifles of the same caliber to help offset the cost of tooling up to reload

When you never paid over 200$ for a rifle

When you buy a sporterized, just to be able to restore it, even if you know it will cost you about twice the ammount to do so...

...when your deer rifle weighs twice as much as anyone elses in camp, and it has provisions for mounting a bayonet.

This is so true...

When you start buying guns that don't even belong in your collection because it was a good price and it would make a good trader.
