You might not be a redneck if...

Watching that video was truly like looking in a mirror :)
Except for the fancy guns/cars/clothes/women, it was a fairly accurate representation of my life.

Most of the outdoor video comes from the H&H shooting grounds in Northwoods, northwest of London. I spent a very pleasant afternoon a few years ago shooting there with a couple of friends one of whom knew the H&H people very well. Because of my friend's connections they let us shoot the upper end guns. I shot a Holland and Holland Royal o/u. They start around ÂŁ70,000. Damn glad I didn't drop it. ;)

The interior gun room video is from the H&H showroom on Brunton Street in London's west end. Nice but not nearly as posh as Audley House, the home of Purdey.

If I had the $$$$ I would certainly enjoy a lifestyle that included those fine guns & clothes.

However I realize I will never aspire to those lofty heights & will continue to be a Red Neck, thoroughly enjoying my more reasonably priced guns & somewhat less affluent gun club.:D

Evidently the folks at H&H could not afford to purchase safety glasses for those shooting their firearms during the filming of their video (I did notice they could spring for hearing protection).

There's a more lax approach to eye protection in the UK. At H&H and other high-end shooting clubs I've been to in Europe it is strongly recommended but not mandatory. The upper crust does not take kindly to being told what to do by their lessers. ;)
