My present coyote rig is a M11 Savage, rebarrelled with a take-off 40X barrel, and chambered in 225 Winchester.
Topped with a 6.5-20 Leupold.
Tagged one 'yote at 505 lasered yards this winter. 55 Ballistic Tip at 3550. DRT.
One at 270 yards, left a bit of an ugly exit hole.
Haven't had the time to hunt coyotes that I would have liked this year.

Nice looking shooting iron, that's hunting coyotes with a touch of class.

I shoot them with what ever I have in my hands at the Tim. 223ai, 243, 240, 257ai/wby 300wby .50 muzzle loader.
