Your daily Bubba eye-bleed.

Its a Norc, which makes it 1/10 on the bubba scale automatically. Then its a SKS, that would place it at a 3/10. Not really sure if the modifications make it a 1/10 or a 5/10. To each their tastes. I saw a "modified" SKS on the EE's last night with a SPF, and a $700 price tag.

Recently there was a fellow selling (I believe) a Mk III Enfield with some sort of alternate rear sight brazed crookedly to the barrel just downwind of the chamber.

He was up-front about it being a for-parts-only gun, but I remember it giving me a shiver.

Grim.

I suppose it would have been worse if it had been brazed on straight and smooth. Then some poor sap might have tried shooting it.

Actually this is white stain and oil finished for a winter camo look I did for a fellow. I have done many different refinished SKS and Mosin stocks for many guys and gals out there. Man if this gets your purist feathers this worked up, you better change yer boxers for panties and a bra. Seriously it is a colored stock and a vented handguard. Get over yourself already. #DRAMAQUEEN

Maybe I can get the OP to have a heart attack with these...
