Likewise along with the Model 7 KS version.
I have posted pics of my dream rifle more than a few times. Bill Leeper built it in 2010.
I have owned lots since then , but this one is my ultimate dream hunting rifle.

Fortunately, I have several of my "dream" rifles:
Left Hand Sako 85 Hunters in 6.5x55 and 9.3x62;
Winchester Model 88's in 7mm-08 and 338 Federal, with the 250 Savage being done right now;
Left Hand Remington 700's in 280 Rem, 300 WSM and 338-06, with the 358 Win being done right now;
Left Hand Ruger 77's in 376 Steyr in Mannlicher stock, and 416 Taylor;
Left Hand Browning X-Bolts in 6.5 CM, with 6.5 PRC about to be done;
Marlin lever actions in 338 Marlin Express, 356 Win, and 41 Rem Mag; and
Winchester 94 Deluxe in 30-30 and Big Bore in 375 Win, both with very nice wood.
Still looking for and/or building other "dream" rifles:
Left Hand Sako L691 FS Carbine in 6.5x55, 9.3x62, and/or 280 Rem;
Left Hand Sauer FS in 7mm-08, 338 Federal and/or 358 Win;
Winchester of Browning 1885 Low Wall in 221 Fireball; and
Ruger No. 1 International in 6.5x55, 338 Federal and/or 358 Win.
That appears to be a mannlicher schoenauer
What would the chamber be marked on that Echols, pathfinder
Definitely look like a keeper! Also look like other than the action everything was made custom?!?!
It’s an Echols Classic. Mine would need to be left handed.
Well, this was supposed to be my dream rifle, my "one gun for everything". If I weren't such a nit-picky perfectionist I'd probably be satisfied with it.

It's a 7x57, aka .275 Rigby. The biggest issue is that it turned out heavier than intended. The pitch on the buttplate is not quite right either. The dream turned into a bit of a nightmare with regards to cost overruns. You'd almost think it was a government project.
My second take on the perfect rifle is a work in progress. It started as a commercial Mauser 98 in .30/06, and will stay in .30/06 and is in the process of being rebarreled at the moment. The original barrel was too neglected. I'm doing the stock work myself, and if it turns out decently I'll post a thread when it's done, but this is the inspiration:

I like the stainless sythetic version myself. They're even nicer know that Darcy is making his own action
