I have no issue with polymer. My issue is with its application with regards to threads and heat. More than a few mbus have split due to heavy torque when mounting. The aperature adjustments are plastic which doesn't lend itself well to repeated movements. Mbus have been known to melt when mounted on gas blocks.

kac micro. 40L then the troy. if you look at all that the kac offers the price is not bad, and no buis does well in a drop test.
