your favorite game meat is?

i always thought my favorite game meat was moose but every time i dig in the freezer ,i pull out some venison looks like i have to spend some more time deer hunting this year
whats your favorites?

When I was a kid I used to visit my grandmother after school, she cooked all sorts of stuff (even Muskrat) and I always ate it. I'd say my favourite is caribou, and moose is a close second, muskox is something that people seem to either really like or hate, I think its good.

I have never had wild sheep or caribou...hopefully next year. So I'll have to say elk.

Moose ribs.. caribou t-bones... goose... duck.... grouse... deeeeeer.

I really like a nice roast duck, nothing fancy, just a roasted duck with a bit of salt and some bannock. Moose ribs still come up on top though.

Bison is good too... getting some this month. Not "wild" though... I think it grew up on a farm.

Tuktu(caribou) for sure as you can eat it raw(fresh kill), frozen raw(with just salt is my fave), stir-fried strips with veggies, steaks BBQed, fried with just butter, onions and redhot sauce, roasts, etc ... oh and I fricken love eating geese ... as loosey goosies are faarken goot shizznat ... MMMMMMMMMMMMMM good food!
