I'm with you John.

Had some backstrap chops from a 2004 big four point mule deer taken in early October the other night and they were about the tenderest and tastiest deer chops ever.

Mountain sheep (any variety).....followed by moose or elk.

But.....a nice eland or kudu filet is the ultimate!
