Your favourite load for S&W M&P 9mm

Ok I'm fishing now for information, I've been using 135gr RNL bullets over 3.8gr of Bullseye in my Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm, but am not that happy with the results, I bought the 135gr by mistake, I asked for 124gr but did not check the box till I got home, by that time it was to late.

I will get some lighter bullets next time, has anyone got a good recipe for an accurate load for this gun?

Like the 135

I like the 135RNL [DRG] bullet. It has more surface for the lands and grooves to bite into than a lighter, shorter bullet.
Okay, Newton's Law does give it some more recoil but that should be managable to seasoned shooters.
Try using a different powder. I use Aliant's PROMO powder. My load chrono's out at around 1050FPS. Not too fast, and not too slow either.
Accurate too.

I use 124gr lead, FMJ, TMJ with about 3.9-4.1 grs of Titegroup for mine.

I use exactly the same as Colin. Seem to shoot well enough. I might try a 147 load but change powders.

I've always liked lighter / faster bullets in the 9mm. 115 grain is generally the bullet I reach for first.
