I guess you will just have to single load through the ejection port. And not having mags will eliminate at least half the problems with the rifle functioning

That's looking pretty cool. Which barrel are you using?

Faxon 308 medium taper 20". I'm guessing I've shed a pound off the rifle? Either way - i suspect the COG of the barrel has shifted rearward because of the taper which should make for a nicer balance. Once i swap the aluminum handguard for plastic that should improve balance too.
