I called up DAK Sports to order a Hammerli Xesse Long yesterday afternoon around 4 (they have a couple Xesse shorts in stock if anyone is interested). I just got a call at 2 this afternoon and my transfer was completed!!!!!!

THAT'S RIGHT!!! LESS THAN 24 HOURS FOR AN ONTARIO RESTRICTED TRANSFER!!!

Geeze this is like winning the lottery. Too bad I won't be back to enjoy this till September

Maybe they're starting to realize that no gang banger has ever done a drive-by with a Hammerli, hopefully. Realistically though, your paperwork was probably put on the wrong end of the pile, - go buy a lottery ticket!!

I have a Hammerli X-esse Short (target sights). Wonderful pistol. Perfect for newbie orientations. I love the simplicity of the design/construction.

Broke the trigger bar spring (long story). A new one should arrive in a day or two...

Oh yeah, great handgun. It's one of those .22's built like a "real" handgun, lol. And of course, the stellar accuracy doesn't hurt eaither
