Can also try the PTX Expander die in drill chuck and fine Scotch-Brite type pad to polish it's exterior or use Autosol or Flitz with cloth.
If you put a bunch of cases in a bag and spray in a shot of case lube and shake them around you will be amazed at how much smoother it makes a progressive press.
I've tried that and it doesn't help; I'm finding that perfectly clean brass(wet tumbled with stainless media) is the worst, brass that's got a light coat of carbon (ie. once fired) doesn't have this problem.
I've done this before and while it does make sizing and expanding much smoother, it still leaves lube residue on the case requiring another step to remove it.
