What are those birds in the display of "Africa's Most Dangerous Game" by Animal Artistry? I never knew those birds would be in that category!

Very nice work by all of those artists. Isn't there a fellow in Northern alberta who does some top notch work? I can't remember his name now.

The Leopard is exceptional, I just can't help but feel humbled by the hunt costs and trophy fees there- let alone the taxidermy.

I agree, magnificent mount. Animal Artistry/Mike Boyce is in Reno and does exceptional work, along with exceptional prices. I requested his brochure/price list and some shipping tags in the mail many years ago, as I was curious about his prices. I'd wager a bet that leopard mount is close to $10,000 by now.

Nice pics. How was the show? Seems like "worst show ever" and "very disappointed" being thrown around alot by the outfitters on AR. What was your impression?

not even joking i have been in a guys house with almost as must Africa stuff in a private collection

Attendance was down I heard but pretty well all the outfitters I spoke with booked really well....especially the North American ones. Seems like the high end North American stuff was going really well. Sheep guys are booking into 2014. There were definitely some bargains around for African, New Zealand and some Asian hunts. I thought it was another really good show and we managed to spend some money!

Those birds are Guinea Fowl, native to Africa, but now domesticated in North America and elsewhere. Respectfully. Jim Mansell
