So how good are these? better refurb work than Russian capture?

Yugoslavians made excellent rifles, all of their rifles. My 2 Yugos shoot every bit as good as my two K98s. Not only their rifles were top notch, so was their ammo, and still is.

It depends on what you want I guess. The RC's have original markings intact for the most part other than peened swastikas on some but the Yugo's are generally pretty well scrubbed of all German markings. You may find the odd small waffenamt but most are gone. The YC's have newly made barrels on them with a reputation for accuracy so if you're looking for a shooter then you may have better luck with them although a RC with a good bore could be every bit as good.

In my opinion the YC's are a better quality refurb and have their own history but the RC's are more interesting to me by a long shot because they retain the German receiver codes and markings.
