About 6 years ago I bought this Yugo Mauser from Corwin arms. I can’t remember if it is a m48 or m48a.
How would I tell the difference?
I can’t seem to find my purchase record in my email.

Why is it covered in ectoplasm?

And another thread where the op comes only to ask for enough info to flip it in the ee... And he still listed it wrong.

Sometimes this place makes me cynical.

i was referring to this part:

Which seems to irk a lot of people, which i have never understood why.

On that second part, to be frank, there are 3 other nearly identical M48's listed right now. a 10 second search would solve it. Instead, people come here pretending to be interested in their rifles, when in fact, they can;t be bothered to do 5 minutes of research.

What? He asked a simple question. 3 other for sale adds most likely would not have answered his question. He got his answer, sold the rifle and all is good.

Wonder what he was asking for it, it seemed to be gone fast…

I think it was $800 which is about the price these days. It's a 48B (not a 48 or 48A) and will be marked 48A on the receiver. A per Claven2's post #3 the stamped trigger guard makes it a B.

Hope the buyer knows what they actually got....
