Yugo M48's available again

M48's are good, solid rifles. I have a few variations, including my ratty old "go to" frustration breaker.

I got 2 beauties about two years ago from Corwin arms, in the grease,,, the price has really gone up! Not complaining, I always thought they were a great deal for the quality!

I've got one of those as well , great price . It also shoots really well in spite of the issue sights . Probably one of the better deals lately .

I do like those sorts of things. About 20 years ago I bought a Yugo 24/47 (younger brother to the M48) and I still have it as I can't let it go. Nice wood, a "fat" stock that feels good in the hands, and a good shooter. At the time, it also had a very good price attached to it - $199 which was decent even then, as it was in very good condition with an excellent bore.

I also bought a 24/47 at least 30 years ago. Around the 100 buck mark. Excellent condition. A good cast bullet shooter. Hasn't been to the range in a long time. Should change that this summer. If you want a Mauser as a shooter one with a good bore would probably fill the bill

Who can resist?? Had to snag one at $749.99 from Wolverine Supplies.

Reminds me of the time back in 1985 when USGI M14’s from Israel could be found from Lever Arms for $399.00

Cheers!
