Yugo SKS serial numbers

Just got a 59/66 A1 from the EE that was advertised as original condition. It looks near new with matching serial #'s that look laser engraved all over it including the trigger guard.
There are also electro penciled #'s on the inside of the trigger guard and inner mag body that match each other but not the lasered numbers. No ###Xed out #'s

Did I just get screwed into buying a refurb?
Maybe someone in the know can fill me in on WTF is going on here. Please no speculation, only facts or relevant questions requested.

Yugos weren't ###xx'd out. That was a russian thing.

That's normal for a later manufacture. My 80s production has two sets of numbers.

Its an assembly # used to keep fitted parts together before the rifle was given a serial.
