Yukoner's?

I have found that yukoners in this forum don't fight against each other. Is it true that the colder the weather, the closer people need to be?
One exception, the former yukoner (c-fbmi) likes to elbow anybody who disagrees with him.

That's because there are only about nine of them..Douglas was #10 but he voted himself off the island.

This is funny. I was working in the Yukon an one guy was from much farther north then we where and he told us that after our shift he was going on vacation in the south. I asked where too?

The Yukon has a strange effect on many people, they either end up hating it or loving it. I know one woman who came from Australia 60 years ago,
got married and had children in the Yukon, but now her husband is dead, her children moved to BC and she still won't leave the Yukon!

Can't get out of crappy tire for under a thousand! Dropped almost 900 at the seafood place taking orders by emt! 55gal drums of premium, diapers, laundry detergent, skidoos, dog food, 50 pound sacks of rice, boggans, rifles, bricks of shells, vacuums. A small assortment of random stuff procured in whitehorse that ended up on the dempster!
