No really;
The M/98 have the traditional bolt shroud mounted swing safety lever while the M/70 have the streamlined shroud, side safety and adjustable trigger. The M/98 can be ordered with or without double set, set or adjustable trigger but as a standard it comes with the single stage Mauser trigger.
Check out your user manuals, boyz!
Yes, it's a M/98 action, but not a Zastava M/98 model
And at the moment, they don't show the M/98 in their current listing...

Just checked the T.E.C Trade Ex site again and in their Products Listings, under Hunting and Sporting Arms (New) , there are three pages with numerous references of Zastava Commercial M98 (M70) actioned rifles.

Sorry guys. My point of confusion and curiosity was in wondering why Trade Ex was listing them as a Zasatva Commericial M98 (M70).Is the Zastava M70 a "C" ring, or "H" ring like the FN actions?
No, they don't have it, neither do they have (had) the charger clip lips or hump.
