Zastava rifles

Not two, twenty good shots. Each shot from a cleaned barrel flew wonderful. After that magic twenty mark it opened up. That was the only experiance I had with a Zastava, and I can't say whether they all acted like that or if it was just my barrel. But that rifle shot wonderfully and taught me the importance of keeping my rifles clean. I would buy another and not think twice. If your putting that many rounds through your rifle in one range session, (good for you! :)) you'll need to allow the barrel to cool anyways, and a small cleaning kit isn't much more to pack along. But who knows, maybe your new .243 will behave differently then my .270 did.

Well I normally used to shoot a Savage Axis (now sold) in .223Rem and I would shoot 50-75 rounds per range visit and a few times I shot over 200 rounds in a day and as long as I let it cool down my groupings were not changing at all. Some times I would not clean it, besides a outside wipe down until I reached the 400-500 round mark lol.

Bump - anyone else have an opinion on what the quality of the plastic stock is like? Really thinking of adding one in 308 to the herd... but hate tinny sounding plastic.
