How the hell do you detail strip this gun, need to remove cosmoline. Fieldstrip is easy just pull the trigger and pull the bolt out.
Difficult part is removing barrel-receiver from stock. Something is getting stuck. Tried to pull the trigger and push the trigger but can't remove that barrel from the stock, So how do you separate the two.
Also how to disassemble the bolt.

Dunno about the bolt, but to get the action out of the stock, you have to remove the trigger guard. There is a little bolt underneath/behind the rear trigger guard screw that needs to come out.

As SUPER7 has said, there are TWO screws holding the receiver to the stock. If you remove the trigger guard screw, and pull out the trigger guard, you will see the smaller second action screw.

The Zastava Z5 has a trigger that can be adjusted slightly for weight of pull, overtravel and engagement. However, if you do not know how to adjust it, (and one would assume you are not familiar with the relationship of the trigger parts to one-another,) then it is best to have a qualified gunsmith adjust it for you.

You do not really need to disassemble the bolt if you want to clean the cosmoline off it and the action. Too many people who know little about firearms tend to disassemble everything, then you see Posts here on how to get it back together.

Go to Canadian Tire or a Hardware or Auto Parts store and buy a spray can of Carburetor Cleaner or Brake Cleaner. Get some old rags and wipe off everything you can first. Then, take the bolt and barreled action OUTSIDE, put on a pair of safety goggles and rubber gloves, HOLD THE PARTS DOWNWIND FROM YOU, and spray them with the cleaner. Wipe off the parts, and repeat spray them. Then oil lightly with a proper gun oil, (not 3-in-1), and assemble the rifle.

Don't try to take the screw/bolt out that holds the trigger in. They are drift punched on the opposite i=end of where the screw driver goes. The screw/bolt is fairly soft and snap easily(Don't ask me how I know this. LOL)
The brake cleaner and oil job buffdog suggested is your best bet. Just make sure your nowhere near the stock as it will peel the finish off it.

Okay, I finally got it. Trigger guard was the issue. Screws removed and I couldn't remove trigger guard like it was glued. This time I applied more force and got it out.
Speaking of cleaning I have acetone, you think this is good as brake cleaner?
