zeiss conquest and warne mount

I have a Tikka M658 7mm mag, I want to put a zeiss conquest 3x9x40.
Will the warne quick detach medium rings work even with Butler Creek flip up caps.
What Butler creek cap #'s do i need, It looks like # 19 for the front and either #25 or #26 for the rear.

I also have a set of scope rings that I'm not sure what they are, the only identification I see on them is the word, Australia, any ideas who makes these?

they will be great they were a lot around older tikka with fiber clip and bolt guide
