ZEV OZ9 vs. Glock 17 build

I am a recreational shooter and have recently become addicted to the Glock platform. Did some mods with Black Box Customs on my G19 with a Zev dragon fly slide and BBC is also doing some millwork on my original slide.
I really like customizing as it makes your pistol more personal. I am also attracted to the new ZEV OZ9. I know there were some issues which have been resolved (fingers crossed). So I was looking for some opinions as to which direction to go if I only had to choose one at this time! :)
Also as regards to holster fitment, I really like the Comp Tac International, would a G17 CTI holster work for the ZEV OZ9?
 
I shot my friends 0z9 and it’s a hell of a firearm , perfect weight , and it’s fits in my regular Glock 17 holster , It shouldn’t be a problem.
 
A few months ago I posted a similar question regarding the Zev OZ9. My fellow Gun Nutz assisted in my decision making. I have been a Glock guy since my first one in 1992 but the Zev is just an amazing firearm. Have a look at the link posted below and you can view all the comments.

The trigger issue has been resolved. My Zev trigger was replaced by Millbrook as they are the official repair warranty center. They are great to deal with. If you have any questions send me a PM.

I own both an OZ9 and a G17Mos. The Zev is by far a better gun to shoot. Both have had their stock triggers replaced with the Zev adjustable. The Zev just has better weight distribution that helps keep the gun flat for better follow ups.
 
Another hand up for the OZ9. I don't compete but shoot an average of 1000 rounds per month. The oz9 is a beast. It shoots much flatter than any other glock I have owned or shot. If you like striker fired pistols you won't be disappointed with the Zev. Also their customer service is second to none. Message them on Facebook with inquiries about issues, spring rates or near anything and they will get back to you within a business day.
