Yes you can. Springer precision makes a plate for both the standard x5 and the legion for the sro.you can't get a plate for the SRO? damn
A Sig P320 X5 Legion is now in my collection.
Initial impressions are: 1) trigger is as good as the Zev. 2) The frame is amazing. I’ve never felt anything like it. It’s polymer with the weight of steel. 3) excellent ergonomics 4) out of the box goodness 5) excellent sights. 6) can’t wait to shoot it. First time I’ve been this excited to shoot a pistol in quite a while.
Am I impressed? Absolutely. Got the pistol on a Black Friday deal, so I’m very happy with the overall value.
Additional notes (warning): I bought a Trijicon SRO to mount on the slide. These DO NOT FIT! Be careful with the internet data sources you use. The SRO is being returned and a Sig Romeo 1 Pro will take its place. (Too bad considering the SRO looked amazing.)
The only thing that I didn't like about the legend is the mag release is far to reach and needs an extension. If you have shorter thumbs like me you'll have a hard time. Sig really needs to come out with a extended mag release that also extends back as well as out.
go check springer precision they have extended and with a paddle mag release they ship to canada
Curious how quickly you find the Legion fouls up the optic from the gases blowing on it.
The gun is also almost a grand cheaper than the all steel Pro model Walther puts out as well.
Take Care

I wouldn't go that far. The PPQ Match SF can be bought for as low as about $1,850 now. So the difference is approx $600.
The PPQ SF is a laser.
The PRO has a $80 magwell. Good thing is you can take it off for different rules. Problem is you need mag bases if you use the flared magwell.
I just would like to have seen a greater trigger guard undercut.
