Hey guys, I'm coming up short on my hunt for a husqvarna/FFV 1900 action rifle in 6.5x55.

I know that Zoli makes rifles using the the husqvarna 1900 action. Any of you have any reviews of these Zolis? Do they still have that unbelievably silky smooth bolt that the husky 1900s have?

How do the Zolis compare to the real deal husqvarna/FFV rifles?
 
I feel your pain. These things are hard to find. There was a beautiful 30-06 that went through the EE a few days ago but I wanted something in a magnum bolt face.

McGowan was selling these actions years ago. I almost imported one but heard that they are no quite as good as the Swedish made actions. There is a review of them online that I read a few years ago. Good luck in your search.
 
Thanks old savage. If I can't find something in 6.5x55 I'll look at grabbing one in a .473 bolt face and re-barrel to 6.5-284 Norma if I have to
