I understand you might feel that as I had multiple orders in as well, but Ryan did say in an earlier post that he was sending out this ammo as it came in. To date 90% of what I ordered has been delivered with only some 7.62 x 39 and 12 gauge still outstanding. That being said, I think he mentioned that he is also waiting patiently for the supplier to fill his intial orders so he can send them on to us.
Be patient, they have been having a ton of stuff come in and shipped out as well as organizing a second store location. Your in good hands and there are only so many hours in the day :)

Yeah, its not that the company took my money without sending anything, no payment until the ammo is in. I'm a little ticked at the lack of communication though when they advertised it for January shipment, and then no response to PM's and emails. The company is reputable from what I've seen on here, and obviously busy, the only reason I have posted on here was in hopes of some communication.
 
I would call Ryan tomorrow and see if he could update you. You have to keep in mind that logistically, you would almost need a dedicated call center to handle the sheer number of e-mails they get. I also would think that there are alot more urgent e-mails that need to be taken care of before our order statis updates. I've seen Ryan answering e-mails here way past midnight, but even he has to sleep sometime LOL!!
Hang in there bud, we'll get our stuff soon enough.
 
I've posted on here multiple times, the 12ga hasn't come in yet. Only orders containing 12ga are held up. As far as I know everything else has shipped.

Thanks Ryan, I sent you a PM tonight with another concern, I know you're busy, but is there any chance you could have a look at that? Its regarding a separate order. Any idea when the 12ga is coming in?

Have you gone to the SFRC site and signed up to receive emails from Ryan?

Pretty much everything he posts on CGN like new stock coming in he sends to you, so if you miss a post here, you'll have it in your email.
 
For anyone who is keeping track, Ryan has replied to me this evening and addressed my questions. He said he's also working on replying to others, so if anyone else is waiting you should hear back soon hopefully. He explained in another thread that they are undergoing some human resources challenges.
