I am trying to find out if this brake is available anywhere in Canada as I emailed them and they do not ship to Canada. Is anyone aware of a dealer (preferably a site sponsor) that sells them?

A while back the Precision Rifle Blog did a bunch of brake testing - unless there is a particular reason you are set on that particular brake I would check it out and see what other options that may be sourced locally would fit the bill.

Side note, after trying a number of brakes I settled on the Heathen as well.
 
Patriot Valley Arms, Area 419, Insite, APA, in no particular order. Heathen to support Canadian made. I have some Muzzle Brakes and More I have been using. Doubt you are going to be able to feel the recoil reduction between any of the brakes I listed. The muzzle blast is more pronounced on some of the brakes mentioned.
 
Keep an eye out for the new brake coming from MDT! I have been running one almost all of this season and I'd say t holds it's own against the Heathen, Little Bastard and Zero Delta for a fraction of the cost and Canadian made ;)
