Interest in Mossberg 590A1 14" or 14" 590A1 CYL/MOD Barrels imported by Irunguns?

I asked the question to Irunguns and this was the reply:

Its possible, IF we can source some and IF there is enough interest to place a large order.

Steve

Just trying to gauge the demand for Irunguns, if they are available in the US to export here. I definitely want a 14" 590A1 if they can get them.

I'd be in for one (prefer a complete mossy 14" SBS but would take a conversion kit to shorten my existing one).

I'm looking/posting for a source on a forum south of the border for barrels.

Aimpro Tactical, LLC.

Read on one of the forums that Americans have purchased the 14" Mossberg barrel from them. Sounds like they do custom work as well and are Mossberg distributors.

I will take a barrel or a gun.
Always want these guys to have a little brother.

i could be wrong but i believe the us government will not allow export of 14 inch barreled guns . it was in retaliation for a liberal govt. move on military equipment .

Irunguns already stated it was possible to import them. Supply and customer demand are the issues.

I already set an e-mail to Irunguns asking them if they can get me one, Mossberg 590A1 14" GRS speedfeed stock..............I.m so in....

how many people do we need to make an order????, if we all do a preorder, contact them, give our credit card numbers and lets get R done boys.... once they have received a large enough amount they place the order.....how would this work???

Right on. Clydearmory sells complete units, and seems to be good prices. I don't see barrels though. An individual on the forum I'm waiting on had a few barrels awhile back, maybe a few months ago. Waiting to hear from him.

Interesting. Hope we get enough people and Irunguns is serious about some sort of group buy to keep the costs down for importation. I'd be willing to put a down payment on a full unit.

As I recall, US Fed Law defines a 14" barrel as a class 3 device all by itself. In Canada, it is just an unregulated item as long as it is "manufactured." Would I wrong in assuming there would be a tax stamp on the barrels that would make them pretty expensive - disproportionately so compared to a whole gun?

Feel free to let me know if I am out to lunch here. :)
