NFA told Canadian Wholesale Ammo to stop using their images and logo!

1. That would be in violation of CGN's rules.

2. There is no need to sink to his level. I hold myself to a higher standard than that.

I did screen capture the WHOIS info, and Google earth'd his home in Sherwood Park. Not going to published (obviously). There has been enough personal info revealed here. Safe to assume his credibility is done.

It's not that the police can't act. They chose not to. Under these circumstances i find that unacceptable. I've heard the "civil matter I don't want to be bothered doing any work beyond profitable traffic infractions" line before.
I've been following this story and it appears someone is robbing people. I thought there were protections against thievery.
Anyone whose been through small claims knows how frustrating and sometimes fruitless that exercise can be. Never mind getting a judgement enforced. Hopefully any perspective buyers will find this feedback before placing an order. And I tip my hat to all the good people who took their valuable time to expose these scammers. Well done.

How do you know the police are not willing to act?

I just took someone to small claims that was in a different Provence then mine. It took a year from start to finish. Lots of work and many hours of my time. I won in court and they refused to pay. I had to file more paper work and hire a balif to seize their property. In the end they paid.

The scammers know it takes money upfront and a lot of time to sue them but its worth it in the end!

Would you be willing to elaborate on the process so those of us with complaints against CWA are able to make an informed decision in regards to how we will proceed?

haha, Canadian Wholesale Ammo: are you trying to get this thread deleted? Not going to change anything.
Oh, all the pron is gone... that was quick

I live in ontario and the defendant lives in Quebec. Researched online on the small claims court website of Gatineau. After I filled all my paper work I contacted the ottawa citizen. I sent all my evidence to the reporter and had my picture taken. I made it on the front page of the ottawa citizen. The news reporter was awesome and really helped to get my story out there.

A year later when I went to court the defendant didn't show which made my case! I went back to the reporter with my victory and was back in the paper. The defendant didn't pay and I hire a balif to seize all their property. They paid a few hours later.

It takes a while but stay strong.
