No they did not offer money or a replacement, Wanstalls did call me on Friday, after reading this post, to correct my expectations on when i should expect my rifle to be repaired in which case likely not soon or I could get the rifle back now in its current state.
I think in all fairness they are doing their best to resolve this embarrassing situation with their local resources and the shipping/border wait times involved with Christensen arms in Utah.
Unfortunately that doesn't solve the problem that i still have no functioning rifle and that i am still very much not happy.
My bad, i was convinced they offered a refund (which would be the least they could do...)
Did you pay by credit card ? If they refuse to refund i'd consider a credit card charge back since the product has been returned to them.
Small claims is also an option to get compensated and/or refunded.
