FN .45 Tactical or HK .45 Tactical

Owning an FNAR and seeing the quality in this rifle, a FNX-45 FDE would be a great match with my rifle... There is some good ideas to be find on here... JP.

I have had both H&K and FNX and still have the FNX (not the tactical version though). H&K is fantastic, except for the mag release, imo. I still have the FNX and am very impressed with it.

I hadn't even considered the FNX until I saw this thread. I hummed and hawed over glocks and m&p's and HK's for months.

My new FNX 45 tactical should arrive next week.

Curses and thanks to the OP.

After more reading, i changed my mind and went with the HK45CT treaded barrel and night sights with the LEM feature, sounded like the best one to get... We will see... JP.

I bought the HK45CT first but the FNX is next.

I LOVE this pic!! Great choice of knife!!!

They're both too big for a 45 cal pistol, for that matter so are the full sized Glocks. Of the 2, I preferred the FN but all of these guns are waaaay bulkier than an M&P45 and feel clubbish in your hand.

Never tried the FN but I have the HK45 and can't shoot it very well... of course, it's me and not the pistol but I find certain pistols I just can't shoot worth a damn. Will practice more and if I can't improve it'll be going on the EE.

HK45.

And you're in luck, I've got one in the EE right now!

Not but seriously, they are really great combat pistol. I haven't shot the FN45, but from what's out there, they are really great combat pistol as well. Really will come down to how each will fit your hands (re grip size and mag release).
