Funny enough you don't need a PAL to purchase all the reloading materials necessary to reload ammo. But you do to purchase factory ammo....

had this happen to me as well.. ordered a "Special order, limited time" Remington 700 in 300 ultramag (rocky mountain edition), they called said it was in.. when I got there I found out that it went through the Montreal store, and they sold it there.. by the time I found out, you couldn't order it any more.. pissed!! never bought anything from them again.
I was very upset. His response, "You're lucky, I could have given you 0".
